Information collected and shared
HIQ Commander app uses the following data:
Precise location (optional) is used to calculate sunrise and sunset time, needed for the automatic lights. The location is not stored on our server.
Access for photos (optional) is used for custom icons. No photo is ever transmitted off the user device.
Randomized phone id (mandatory) is used to match the mobile phone with the home automation controller. It is stored on our server and can be deleted at any time.
The app can be used without registration. User may sign up at http://my.hiq-home.com to have control over the phones enabled for the home automation system. The account can be deleted at any time, including all data provided.
The app does not share user data with other companies or organizations.
