2. Order and processing

The orders made through www.cybrotech.com online system are processed by Robotina d.o.o.

All items sold by our company, brand new and in perfect condition, come in the original packaging as provided by the manufacturer.

The most important product features are listed on the product page. Detailed specifications and usage instructions can be found in the Hardware Manual, which can be downloaded in the Documents section. Product appearance may slightly differ from the one displayed on picture.

We ensure that all orders are processed and dispatched within 2 working days. Orders placed during the weekend or holiday are processed the next working day. This applies to orders which are fully paid and when all products are in stock.

Order will be dispatched only if all products are available in our warehouse. If some product is not in stock, you will be informed about possible delivery time or asked about alternative item. In most cases, we will send the order as soon as the product becomes available again.

All prices are quoted in Euro (€), include VAT (Value Added Tax) at the standard Slovenian rate of 22% and exclude delivery costs. Tax invoice in Euro (€) is included with all dispatched orders.

Orders of clients, who will not respond to the messages of the www.cybrotech.com shop employees for 7 days, will be regarded as outdated, and therefore cancelled.

3. Payment options

Payment can be made by credit card, using integrated online payment system powered by Stripe payment processing. When choosing the payment method, you will be automatically redirected to the payment section.

Payment can also be made by international bank transfer. Please make a transfer only after the order is confirmed, to avoid any misunderstandings and possible refunds. Please note that your order will not be dispatched until the transfer is booked on the account. Always mention the payment reference (order ID and your full name) when making a bank transfer. Please make sure that any processing charges for international bank transfers are fully covered by you (the sender), not the recipient.

4. Delivery

Prices and delivery conditions are FCA Incoterms. The seller is responsible for delivering the goods to the carrier. Risk passes from seller to buyer at the handover, once the goods are made available for pickup by the carrier. The carrier is responsible for delivery.

We ensure that orders are processed and dispatched within 2 working days. Orders placed during the weekend are processed the next working day. This applies to orders which are fully paid and when all products are in stock. Products are packed for transportation via postal service, packaging is designed to ensure that your order arrives in excellent condition.

For most European destinations we use DHL delivery services. Expected delivery time is 2 to 5 days. Detailed online tracking information is available, visit DHL home page for more information.

For other countries we offer EMS international airmail services. Expected delivery time is 3 to 7 working days, depending on location. Online tracking information is also available.

Please note that delivery conditions for your country may differ, especially during the holidays. To check which delivery company is available and what are the shipping costs, please contact us.

You have right to check the condition of a shipment before accepting it. In the unlikely event the package appears to be damaged on delivery, we recommend you to open it in the presence of the courier. If needed, the courier will prepare an official record of loss or damage.

Any mistakes or troubles with your order should be reported to us within 3 days from the date of receiving the package. You can do this via e-mail, please mention the order number in the subject.

5. Return or exchange

We will refund or exchange any item purchased on www.cybrotech.com. You can withdraw from your purchase without providing a reason within 14 days after the day on which you have received your order. The right of withdrawal can be exercised using e-mail.

Please do not return goods containing any marks or signs of use. Products must be in their original packaging. You have to pay the costs of shipping goods back to our shop.

Refund will be made within 14 days. If the payment was made via credit card, we will pay it back to the account that the order was paid with.

Please use the web store address, specified at the beginning, as the return address. Don’t send directly to the manufacturer, unless this is agreed in advance.

6. Warranty and complaints

All products purchased on www.cybrotech.com are covered by a full warranty. The duration of the warranty is typically 2 years, but also depends on the product. Warranty covers manufacturing faults and defects, but do not cover damage caused by crashing, abuse and general wear of the product.

If you feel that the product you have purchased from us has developed a fault, please contact us before returning product in order to identify the problem and minimize your postage costs.

If product needs to be returned, please attach a document with description of the problem, your personal information, date of purchase and copy of receipt or invoice. The same document should be send to us by e-mail before returning the product. Without these information the case will not be considered.

Please allow up to 14 working days for decision how the warranty will be resolved, counted from the day when when you receive a confirmation from us that we have all the information necessary to proceed with the examination of your case. Within this period you will receive information about the predicted date and method of resolution (repair the product, replacement or cash refund).

7. Dispute resolution

If you have any problems with the order, please contact us, we will try to resolve it as soon as possible.

If this didn’t lead to the result, EU platform for online dispute resolution can be accessed at http://www.ecdr.si/. We are not obliged to participate in the resolution process.

All legal issues arising under these terms are governed by Slovenian law.
